We All Need Help Sometimes

Addiction Counseling Services for those struggling with addiction and their loved ones.

Food, Drugs, Alcohol & Tobacco

Here at We All Need Help Sometimes our goal is to help people with their recovery efforts. We want to help you uncover your potential and lead a life of wellness.

We will work together to identify what is holding you back from leading a life of happiness. We seek to help you achieve this by supporting you in defining goals that help you move towards what supports you in living a life that is fulfilling. If you are looking for support and guidance or you’re just ready to move in a new direction, it would be my pleasure to work with you.

Testimonial

“After decades of poor life choices and collateral damage, I ended up in an office that provided me with a feeling of safety, supportive with a non-judgmental environment. Her skills to help me problem solve, intuitiveness and meeting me where I am at have helped me to make healthy life choices.

Because of our work together, my life is in a healthier direction and I am very encouraged for my future.

She is compassionate and listens, she supports me “in me” finding my solutions.”

Individual Therapy

This is helpful for increasing self-awareness, coping skills, developing communication skills, gaining a fresh perspective, life transitions, and self-exploration. It can also be a great place to start when you’re new to therapy.

Group Therapy

Can be valuable for dealing with life transitions, helping you strengthen your relationship skills, reducing isolation, finding your voice, teaching you about yourself and developing social support. Additionally, this can serve as an affordable alternative to individual therapy.

Telehealth

Video or phone support is a good option for those who do not have transportation or are homebound. Clients who would like to participate in this kind of treatment would need to live in the state of Maine due to licensing requirements.

OUI’S & Deferred Dispositions

These evaluations (OUI’S, Deep Treatment, Deferred Dispositions, Probation Requirements) are cash only. Concerned person interviews are conducted as part of the DEEP program requirement for evaluations.

Affected Others

Care for someone important in your life that struggles with addiction? Have you lost sight of your own life, while in the drama of someone else’s life? While you can’t change others, we can work together to help you learn how to live your life differently. It would be my pleasure to be part of your journey and support you while you find new freedom and joy.

Relationship Coaching

Through our relationship coaching sessions, you will go through a variety of exercises to help you strengthen your relationship:

You will take some time to listen to each other and reflect back on what you are hearing.

You will have weekly check-in’s on “how things are going.”

You will share things that you appreciate about each other.

and more…

So you and your partner can nurture a deeper relationship and grow together.
